How We Charge For Our Services

Computer Network or Wiring - Install or Repair
- $75.00 to $125.00 per data run (up to 100 feet)
Minimum of two (2) hours. Per Unit - per cable run (maximum of 100 ft) Minimum of two runs. Fixed Fee-Flat Rate - depends on amount of work required. The best price for the client is provided as a "project" flat rate vs hourly.

Computers & Networks - Install or Repair
- $85.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus cost of equipment)
Remote and onsite visit.

Computers & Networks - IT Consultants
- $85.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
Simple and detailed consultation

Computers & Networks - Management Service
- $35.00 to $75.00 per month (per computer)
Depends on the total number of computers

Data Recovery
- $125.00 to $150.00 per hour
Projects are accessed not only on the solution required but how much work would be involved. Pricing is sometimes done on a project basis because of the amount of work being provided. This is apposed to an hourly rate. The flip side of that is because of the amount of work required the project pricing may be higher. In either case the flat fee is fixed unless a major problem occurs. In this case it may be T & M for that segment or the remainder of the project depending on critical the problem is.

Telephone - Equipment Sales or Leasing
- $168.00 to $468.00 fixed fee per phone (to purchase)
Depending on the size of the needed system we can provide a premise based for a very small business to a mid-size business of up to 400 users. Telephone cost are extra and will range from $168.00 - $468.00 depending on if it is an analog or IP phone, monochrome screen or color screen as well as the size of screen.
