Repair Service and Maintenance
On-Site Service (At your Location) Service call fee $75.00 includes the first ½ of Labor. Each additional hour $75.00 billed in ½ hour increments. Parts additional (at discounted prices).
Depot Service (At Our Perkasie Location) $50.00 per hour includes the first hour of Labor. Each additional hour $50.00 billed in ½ hour increments. Parts additional (at discounted prices).
Diagnose Fee (Only available for depot service only) -- We will diagnose your printer at our Perkasie Location for only $35.00. If you decide to have your printer repaired this fee will be waved.

1st heard of Five Point Data when my laser printer started jamming. I called them and they were in my office the very next morning. Within 1/2 hour my printer was printer better than it was when it was new. About a week later I got the bill I was so shocked to see that it was about 1/3 of what I paid the last guy who came out and didn't even fix the printer correctly. I decided I would try one of their toner cartridges it was 1/2 of what I was paying at Staples, and it kept printing and printing. I called them back to see if someone was sneaking in a night filling it with toner. I was told that they only sell high yield cartridges and that I was most likely getting the lower yield cartridges from Staples. So now I am printing 3 times as many pages at half the cost. If you are looking for someone to fix your printer or are looking to buy toner for a printer or copier I highly recommend Five Point Data Systems. I am sure you will not be disappointed.
