Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent - $200.00 to $1,000.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required) - $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required) We offer many pricing options. The prices listed are base prices and may fluctuate depending on the size of home, condition of home and homeowner's ability to DIY.

Interior Decorators - Residential - $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials) We charge a flat rate service that is determined during consultation. There are no hidden costs, the only extra charges are additional hours added during project and shopping services ($50 per hour). Flat rate costs begin at $250 and may vary up to $5000.
