How We Charge For Our Services

Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $45.00 to $50.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $45.00 to $90.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
Average is $45/ MAN HOUR. Ask about discounts on services over $200 for organizations customer may be associated with!
Vac from curb or drive (no tarp): $45 per half hr. $45 minimum for all vac. Well worth it if you have ever put a yards worth of leaves into the yard waste recycling bags.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $50.00 to $80.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $30.00 to $50.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $40.00 to $60.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Time, complexity, location and needed resources are the primary considerations when pricing.

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $45.00 to $60.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $90.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
$45/ MAN HOUR for leaf clean-up and removal. $90 minimum.
Vac from curbside or drive (no tarp): $45/ half-hour; $45 minimum charge for all vac.

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
$45 - $60 / MAN HOUR. Clean-up can cover shrub trimming, clean out and weeding of beds and leaf removal. Hourly rate allows customer to control costs.
