How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $550.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We charge a flat rate based on the size of the house and the specific inspection services requested. We price our services so as to offer our clients great value for their money.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $40.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $350.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
We charge a fixed fee for a mold inspection, which includes three samples. The client can opt to have the inspector take additional samples for an additional cost of $40 per sample.
