Alvin was doing Slate Roof repair in Waterbury Ct, started out small and ended up being a roofers nightmare, poor maintenance was the issue, rotted underlayment that was concealed from view. It ended up being cheaper and a better repair job by ripping the entire area down, replace the rotted plywood and then add a fresh layer of water barrier before re-attaching the slate. We ended up getting two other slate job because of this work. We located a source for older slate tiles that worked out perfectly with theses jobs. price we quoted is the price we stuck with, that how we work. I will post pictures of the work areas.

We accept Credit Cards, Cash Checks & ACH payments upon completion of the job through Our Quickbooks Accounting Software and we have some great financing made available through a third party provider.
