In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

A:

I believe in using what you already have rather than running out and buying all new decor. If you need new pieces, I will definitely recommend them, but I prefer to incorporate what you have whenever I can. I also sometimes suggest ways to change something old into something new - recycling.

I was a realtor for over 10 years, so I do have all around experience in knowing what a buyer is looking for when selling your home. I also can help someone update their existing home so that they can appreciate the home they once loved, and love it all over again. We also help vacation landlords that want to rent - staging helps for renters too.

How We Charge For Our Services

Feng Shui - Consultants
- $75.00 to $125.00 per hour
The size of the job and the amount of work to be done determines the price range.

Feng Shui - Designers
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Designing for the feng shui takes time and patience to determine the direction of flow of the home.

Holiday Decorating Service
- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus cost of decorations)
Decorating for Christmas can include shopping, decorating and DIY ideas and the actual decorating. Prices may vary based on how much manual labor needs to occur in order to make the design work, rtc.

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $500.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
Each home varies. I price for the job. I do not believe in overpriced, but I do believe in charging adequately for my design expertise.

Interior Decorators - Commercial
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
I typically charge $75/hour ($50/hour for shopping), but there is behind the scene work that is not always charged. Every job is different. A consultation quote can vary from one hour to several days. Costs sometimes break out over a couple of different appointments or a quick 2 hour consult.
