The key to a happy marriage is neither person having to do a chore they HATE. This is where Sally comes in. We've had multiple cleaners over the years, but Sally is the best, by far. She is very professional, calling to confirm each cleaning, providing you a list of what she does (and does not) do so, and giving the homeowner a list of expectations prior to her visit. She has passed the white-glove test week after week. I have to kick myself out of the house when she comes so I don't distract her by chatting the entire time--she's so fun and personable. Maid & Interior Cleaning Services - $200.00 to $272.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home Cleaning effort includes spot cleaning of fingerprints, water stains and residue from fixtures, door hardware, cabinetry, furniture, appliances, etc. Floor cleaning includes vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping vinyl, tile or stone floors and dry mopping wood floors with manufacturer approved dusting agent. Estimate includes labor for removing dust, cobwebs and light surface dirt from doors, window frames, moldings, lighting fixtures, cabinetry and furniture surfaces. Bathroom and kitchen costs include labor typically required to scrub clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, fixtures and flooring.

Walls & Ceilings - Clean - $1.00 to $5.00 per square foot Does your home have particularly high ceilings that will need the cleaning pro to be up on a ladder? Anything that involves any risk or extra inconvenience will end up costing you a bit more. Extras Do you have ceiling fans you would like to have cleaned while the pro is up there at ceiling height? Do you have very high shelving that you cannot reach that you would love them to dust while they are up there? These extras will add expense to the cleaning fees.

Window - Washing and Cleaning - $4.00 to $14.00 per pane (inside and outside) - $4.00 to $20.00 per pane (outside only) - $4.00 to $14.00 per pane (inside only) How dirty is the glass? Dirtier windows generally require more tools and equipment, not to mention time. Ease of access — Ladders, special tools and extra time may be required to clean some hard-to-reach windows. Screen cleaning at 50 cents to $5 each, and sliding glass doors, which run $2.50 to $8 per door. Cleaning windowsills and tracks; the cost can range from 50 cents to $5.
