How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Brokers & Agents - Residential
- 6.00 percent of sale
Our rates are commissions earned. Please keep in mind, the money is usually divided several times before the agent gets their portion. it's expensive to be an agent and we are well schooled and owe a fiduciary duty to our clients. We negotiate contracts, set up inpections, pest control, home warranties, work with attorneys and see the entire process through the end. There's a lot that goes in behind the scenes.
