Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $30.00 to $40.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $315.71 to $412.33 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)

This mold inspection cost estimate considers the cost of labor. Price takes into account inspecting areas with suspected mold growth, inspection report, and testing of 2-3 samples. Excludes mold removal or mitigation, testing of additional samples or other inspection related tests.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $99.99 to $125.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
Price includes travel x 2 setting up and picking up. reading and generating the report and sending to all individuals listed by client to receive the information. Price does not include mitigation or cost analysis for repairs or other inspection services.
