I have been in the building trades for over 30 years. I have been inspecting for 20 years. At the State of Michigan I tough building trades for 2 years for the CCCC college program. I have been in the manufactured housing business for 30 plus years . I know what I am doing, I am a INTERNACHI Certified inspector with 28 certificates. I am also a VIP member of CAMBRIDGE'S WHO'S WHO for 2010. I am a 1999 member of the NATIONAL REGISTRY OF WHO'S WHO. I have written several books on home repair and have been a technical consultant on several energy conservation books. I have 2 books on display in the Mobile Home Hall Of Fame. I was a columnist for The Journal Of Manufactured Housing for Five years. I have inspected over 2,500 homes and have completed over 4,000 inspections. How We Charge For Our Services

Asbestos - Inspection and Testing
- $150.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for residential inspection
Depending on the lab fee's. This cost could vary.

Chimney - Inspection
- $50.00 to $100.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
Flat fee. Included in the home inspection at no cost.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
The fee of $250.00 is for a local inspection within the city of Carlsbad. I then Charge $300.00 for out side the city of Carlsbad.

Inspection - Waterproofing
- $100.00 for standard inspection
Per visit. Foundation waterproofing inspection only.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $200.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Depending on the number of samples the lab needs to process. The cost could vary.

Pool - Inspection
- $75.00 to $150.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
$75.00 if done with a home inspection. If only a pool inspection the cost would be $150.00

Roof - Inspection
- $75.00 to $200.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Local is $75.00 and out of town is $200.00
If you are getting a home inspection, then the roof is inspected for free and is included in the standard operation procedures of this company.

Toxic Lead - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for on-site sampling and lab testing (up to 5 samples)
Depending on the number of samples the lab will have to test. The prices may be lower or higher.
