How We Charge For Our Services

Employee Development & Training
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
- $25.00 to $50.00 per employee
- $500.00 to $1,500.00 per visit / by session
Training prices are variable depending on the course topic and size of the training class. I can provide 1:1 training or conduct large group trainings at a discounted rate.

Human Resources - Consultants & Advisors
- $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
HR consulting services on an hourly basis is $45/hour (with a 1 hour min charge for any service), or package pricing for specific services, products, or HR support (i.e. handbook, policy development, HR audit, or employee investigation).

Recruiting & Staffing - Generalist
- $35.00 to $65.00 per hour
- 10.00 to 25.00 percent
My business is geared more towards HR support for recruiting and staffing including job descriptions, compensation planning, new hire orientation and onboarding processes, interview guides and training for managers, etc.
