How We Charge For Our Services

- $900.00 to $1,200.00 fixed fee for closing costs
At Bank of Arizona we do not charge any points for originating any loan. The Bank of Arizona flat fee is all inclusive of our charges and covers the application, processing, underwriting, document preparation, funding and post closing activities. Other third party fees for items such as appraisals, title insurance, escrow, recordation, etc. will be charged to the borrower and fully disclosed on the Good Faith Estimate as well. Clients may choose to pay buy down or discount points to lower the note rate, however that is their choice not a requirement.
