How We Charge For Our Services

Laminate Wood or Stone Floor - Repair
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
Customers should always look at the quality of the work and not just price

Vinyl or Linoleum Tile - Install
- $2.00 to $2.50 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
- $4.50 to $5.50 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $1.75 to $3.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
I charge a fair price for all labor that I provide

Wood Flooring - Install or Replace
- $6.00 to $8.50 per square foot installed (mid-grade solid hardwood included)
- $6.50 to $8.50 per square foot installed (mid-grade engineered hardwood included)
- $2.25 to $3.50 per square foot (labor only)
- $6.00 to $8.50 per square foot installed (imid-grade bamboo included)
We provide a professional wood flooring installation service at a fair price to all customers

Wood Stairs and Railings - Install or Replace
- $85.00 to $150.00 per hour (labor only)
- $1,200.00 to $2,100.00 for standard wood stairs and railing (about 15-20 steps)
- $95.00 to $175.00 per step (w/ mid-grade wood)
