How We Charge For Our Services
|
Air Ducts - Clean
- $50.00 to $80.00 per hour
- $399.00 to $699.00 to clean the air ducts of a typical two-story home (10 to 15 ducts)
$399 for single HVAC systems with up to 10 vents/returns, $30 each additional vent/return over 10.
Mold treatment (only if needed)- $100 for main system fogging plus $6 per vent/return

Air Quality Consultants
- $85.00 to $150.00 per hour
Visible mold estimates are typically free. For inspections where there is not visible mold or unknown source, the fees are based on residential or commercial buildings and the difficulty of the inspection. small clearance crawlspaces or attics are additional. Report writing or protocol writing is also additional, based on the needs of the customer

Dryer Vent - Clean
- $120.00 to $250.00 per dryer vent
Single story or basement, direct access vents are a standard $120, vents with multiple turns that transverse multiple floors or through attics or crawlspaces are additional, based on difficulty of access.

Mold - Remediation & Removal
- $200.00 to $300.00 per hour (plus materials)
Typically time and materials and equipment is how we base our estimates. A normal job that takes a crew of 2 plus supervisor costs approximately $1600-$2400 per day to remediate

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 to $250.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $150.00 to $200.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $400.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
I do not routinely provide testing services. I typically perform in depth visual inspections to find the source of the problems in order to save the customer money, only charging per hour of time, between $85 and $150 based on the same rates as for air quality consulting.

Recovery & Restoration - Storm or Wind Damage
- $200.00 to $300.00 per hour (plus materials)
All services are provided after a formal estimate has been written. We only deal with water damage mitigation and mold remediation services and not with the rebuilding of structural damages.

Recovery & Restoration - Water Removal
- $42.00 to $74.00 per man hour
We provide services based on time and materials and use industry standard rates for any other associated work.
