How We Charge For Our Services
Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $35.00 to $55.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $35.00 to $55.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $20.00 to $30.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $25.00 to $35.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $35.00 to $45.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $55.00 to $65.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
I always bill what I would expect to pay for a similar services. Labor,materials etc are priced in with my quote unless the client is buying guide the materials.

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $360.00 to $450.00 fixed fee per year
- $35.00 to $55.00 per hour
I bill someone what I feel I would be comfortable paying for similar job

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $55.00 to $75.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $25.00 to $35.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $35.00 to $45.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Depending on size and conditions

Lawn or Garden - Pull Weeds
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $50.00 to $70.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $30.00 to $40.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $40.00 to $50.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $60.00 to $70.00 fixed fee for 1 acre lot
- $50.00 to $70.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
