Designer - Building - $150.00 to $200.00 per hour We generally charge based on the size and complexity of the project. Our design time is usually billed on a per hour basis or a design fee plus commission.

Designer - Interior Lighting Plan - $100.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials) We generally charge based on the size and complexity of the project. Our design time is usually billed on a per hour basis or a design fee plus commission.

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent - $125.00 to $150.00 per hour The cost of home staging is included in the estimate. Price takes into account positioning furniture and design advice. Items excluded: remodeling expenses, professional cleaning, and renting furniture.

Interior Decorators - Residential - $150.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus materials) We generally charge based on the size and complexity of the project. Our design time is usually billed on a per hour basis or a design fee plus commission.
