Basement - New Basement Addition - $10,000.00 to $50,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate depending on the size and finishing. Also adding a basement bathroom can increase due to the plumbing requirements.

Bathroom - Add or Build New - $6,000.00 to $25,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom) depending on the size, finishing and design.

Bathroom - Remodel - $2,000.00 to $30,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom) depending on the size, finishing and design.

Ceramic Tile - Install - $30.00 to $60.00 per hour (plus materials) - $5.00 to $20.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile) - $5.00 to $10.00 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only) - $5.00 to $10.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only) - $2.00 to $5.00 per square foot (tile removal only) - $5.00 to $10.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer) We provide a fixed price for the job, they can vary depending on the size and customers style.

Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain - $30.00 to $60.00 per hour We provide a fixed cost for the job. It can vary depending on the size, amount of prep and quality of paint

Commercial Interior - Paint or Stain - $2.00 to $5.00 per square foot Depending on the size, prep, and quality of paint. We provide a very competitive fixed cost

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace - $5.00 to $30.00 per square foot (cedar) - $5.00 to $10.00 per square foot (pressure treated pine) - $10.00 to $50.00 per square foot (composite) We provide a very competitive fixed cost. We have all kinds of options, we do a lot of decks and have many vendors/suppliers to choose from

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal - $300.00 to $3,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate depending on size and condition, we are very competitive for these projects

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace - $500.00 to $1,500.00 per door (includes mid-grade steel entry door) Depending on the door, style, and amount of work to remove and replace. We provide a fixed cost to do it right, and its very competitive.

Exterior Trim - Install or Replace - $2.00 to $10.00 per linear foot (wood trim) - $5.00 to $15.00 per linear foot (vinyl trim) - $2.00 to $5.00 per linear foot (exterior trim removal) We are very competitive for any trim work and replacement. We have all different styles and options. We can come up with something that fits your budget

Home Exterior - Paint or Stain - $30.00 to $60.00 per hour We have very competitive rates for exteriors. We provide a fixed price for the labor and supplies. Very competitive and do top quality work so it will last for years. The price can vary depending on the prep work (condition), size and quality/detail of the project.

Home Interior - Paint or Stain - $20.00 to $50.00 per hour Depending on size, prep work, and design, we are very competitively priced and protect everything in your home so you don't know we were even there - except your room looks beautiful!

Kitchen - Remodeling - $10,000.00 to $70,000.00 fixed fee (full remodel with standard options) Depending on the size, style, cabinets and granite, we offer very competitive rates and have a lot of chooses. We can give you fixed estimates so you can choose your options.

Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, etc) - Install - $5.00 to $20.00 per square foot (labor only, stone provided by customer) We provide some options, it can vary greatly depending on the granite selected. We are very competitive and fair.

Porcelain Tile - Install - $2.00 to $20.00 per square foot Really depends on the tile selected,size and subfloor preparations.

Windows - Install or Replace - $30.00 to $60.00 per hour (plus cost of materials) - $250.00 to $500.00 per window (includes standard size, mid-grade window) - $50.00 to $1,000.00 per window (labor only; window purchased by homeowner) - $3,000.00 to $10,000.00 replace all windows of standard 4-bedroom home Really depends on the window size, the new windows selected, and finishing. I recommend an on site estimate and I give you a few choices so we can come up with something that fits your budget and will last for years to come.

Wood Flooring - Install or Replace - $20.00 to $40.00 per hour (labor only; install pre-purchased flooring) - $3.00 to $15.00 per square foot installed (mid-grade solid hardwood included) Depending on the grade of flooring selected, size, and finishing. We have a lot of options and come up with what works best for the project and customer.
