Questions & Answers
Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: Quality craftsmanship and services offered with many years of experience and doing the project right from the start gives years of trouble free operation to our many loyal clients. Understand that the NEC (National Electric Code) is the bare minimum allowed in most areas, you can never go below that quality of craftsman and materials. But you can always go above code with quality craftsmanship and materials more suited to each clients individual needs and electrical demands.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Troubelshooting and upgrades of oridgeinal wiring in residential and commercial projects is the most common types of services offered on a regular basis. Bare minimum work that has been inspected and put to the test shows the weak links and how meeting just the bare minimum standards is some electrician's choice for return service call visits. I would rather go above code and offer clients more quality choices on their electrical demands custom tailored to each individuals needs.

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: Our company policy for being environmentally friendly is to recycle copper wiring and other materials from projects and not have them thrown into local dumps. Also staying abreast of all the current solar, wind and all forms of renewables electrical energy. And to offer these green energy optinions to clinets for Net Zero (off grid) and Net metering (grid tied back feed)

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: Honest, relieabel and dependabel are 3 key factors offered to every client. Communication by onsite meetings, email, phone and video converance between clients and contractor is key to any project. Describing in detailed Punch List reports of whats wrong and how it will be repaired than makes Materials reports more accurate with much less waste and guessing

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: What we are best known for and respected for by our many loyal clients is that we can take on any original wiring issue and solve the problem at hand that is causing the problems for our clients new and existing. Faulty wiring is unsafe and short cuts lead to further problems when age and usage makes the problems noticeable. We do not take short cuts, or do sub standard workmanship or use substandard materials. it's done right the 1st time and every time

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: What separates my business from others is Quality craftsmanship. An example of this is a device can be an outlet or switch, ect. Most speed demon electricans will just use the device itself for termanation of these devices which is called BACK STABBING it is not a good idea at all even though it is perfecaly legal by code to do so. A better soloutuiin is to termanating devices to PIG TAIL true series circuirt and according folded. This way down stream devices will not lose power from a lose back stabbed wire into a device.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: After onsite meetings data is gathered for Punch List, Materials, Quote reports to be submitted and approved by clients. Research is than done to obtain the highest quality materials available on todays off the shelf vendors market. Usually these types of electrical materials carry a manufacturer warranty.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: What is my wattage load useage? Usually by the time that I get to meet new clients is after a licensed or handy man has already done something for them and things are screwed up and not working correctly as they should be. My answer is always the same when dealing with grid tied clients as this is their source of electrical energy from their grid utility provider. The service drop whither overhead or underground is there line side and load side tap and if these theories are followed thru out the wiring harness less problems will occur.

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: No

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: A recent client wanted a 3 kw 240 volt sanua installed inside a out building. Their Main Breaker amperage was only 10 KW (100 amps) on #2 aluminium wring which is not even rated for 10 KW. The discoverys did not stop there it was just 1 fault found after another which were all noted and reported to the client. These jobs all to often are refered to as Time & Materials as closed finnished walls have to be taken into consideration as further problems can be discovered that are hidden from visual view

Q: Is your company a member of any associations?
A: In association with A Team Electric

Q: Tell us a little about your company.
A: Quality craftsmanship and services A to Z grid tied and off grid electrical energy. Residential Commercial Industrial

Testimonials
D.B. Electric aided and consulted with me on this service upgrade which included replacing the mast and meter base to the new panel. A quick, professional and excellent job was performed by David. I changed the panel out, but David helped me with some issues I had not thought of and made sure my inspection went smoothly. Thanks for a job well done; and affordable as well. Jack Quotes Jack R. Rupert 100 to 200 amp Service Upgrade
Remodeling can be a hassle! When I hired the electrician, I expected that the job would be done correctly and according to code. What I didn't expect, but found, was a person who has some very creative ideas for lighting and powering my new kitchen. Dave refuses to take shortcuts and offers many helpful suggestions. He even was able to help me stage the project. What I was thrilled about was the communication. All the estimates were in writing, and delivered to me via e-mail. When he ran into some unexpected challenges (typical for a remodel) I received itemized list of what would be needed. He did nothing extra without checking with me first, allowing me to discuss alternatives with him. I knew where every penny of my budget went. Being able to communicate via e-mail was very helpful to me because I work strange hours. The fact that he accepts PayPal made paying for the project easy and secure. I would recommend his work to any one. Kalamazoo, Michigan Quotes Lori K
