Christmas Decorators
- $85.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus cost of decorations)

Christmas Tree Decorating Service
- $80.00 to $100.00 per hour (tree and decorations supplied by owner)
- $250.00 to $550.00 fixed rate for a 7ft tree (tree and decorations supplied by owner)
$80 an hour - client provided decoration. Tree and supplies ready to go, laid out in space.
Fixed rate available upon request. Varies by tree height - 7 - 9 ft feet = $250 - 550 dollars. Trees over 10 feet incur an additional fee per foot.

Holiday Decorating Service
- $85.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus cost of decorations)

- $0.85 to $1.95 per square foot
Avg cost for 250 sq ft is approximately 200-500 depending on location. In New Braunfels, Texas, $495 seems norm.

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $80.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $350.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $350.00 to $500.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $700.00 to $5,000.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $699.00 to $725.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
Unoccupied / vacant homes will require furniture rental. This can become very expensive depending on the type of furniture required or requested.

Paint Color Consultants
- $85.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $350.00 to $585.00 fixed fee - flat rate
