Make sure you are ready to sell. We provide you with a list of items to complete before the actual staging day, like a deep cleaning including the windows inside and out. It takes a commitment to selling the house to make the Home Staging magic happen.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 to $125.00 per hour
- $375.00 to $800.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $375.00 to $1,000.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $2,250.00 to $5,000.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $600.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
For all services there is a hold the date deposit of half the expected fee at time of booking and the rest is due on the day of the consultation.
