Our routine cleaning includes office cleaning, corridor maintenance, lavatory and kitchen sanitation, showroom dusting and polishing. We handle the smallest of detail and clean up the biggest of messes.

How We Charge For Our Services

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $0.07 to $0.10 per square foot
We encourage all customers to call us at 203 240-4065 to arrange a no cost visit and estimate of their cleaning needs. Cost varies due to the complexity and nature of the service. We also discount our prices to accommodate or customers budgets.

Janitorial Services
- $20.00 to $35.00 per hour (per person)
- $0.05 to $0.08 per square foot
All costs are bases on a onetime, no cost, assessment and estimate. This estimate is base on the client provided list of needs and budgetary requirements.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $5.00 to $7.00 per pane (inside and outside)
- $6.00 to $10.00 per pane (outside only)
- $5.00 to $6.00 per pane (inside only)
We provide a one time, no cost estimate based on the clients requirements and budgets.
