How We Charge For Our Services

Acoustic Ceiling or Wall Tiles - Clean
- $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
Rate applicable depending the size to clean. Small place one time service minimun $250.00

Air Ducts - Clean
- $200.00 to $300.00 to clean the air ducts of a typical two-story home (10 to 15 ducts)

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $50.00 to $70.00 per room (no furniture)
Apt with two room $95.00, House with 3 rooms, $130.00 no furniture to move, with furniture 35 additionally

Carpets or Rugs - Clean Offsite
- $0.18 to $0.25 per square foot
$250 minimum per visit

Carpets or Rugs - Cleaning for Business
- $0.15 to $0.19 per square foot (no furniture)
Minimum charge $270

Cleaning Services - Medical & Health Care
- $13.75 to $20.00 per hour
If site is small, we charge per visit, depending on the size and the type of service and frequency need it.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $13.75 to $20.00 per hour
Minimun 8 hrs per day, twice per week

Janitorial Services
- $13.75 to $20.00 per hour (per person)
Rate applicable only to re-occurrance service, one time service we apply different rates.
Rate not included for: wet floor work service, carpet cleaning, high dusting, power washer.

Post Construction Clean-up
- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
We also charge equipment usage, also we charge supervision if we have more than 5 cleaners at any working time. We also charge for chemical (wax, stripper, heavy degreaser) etc.

Walls & Ceilings - Clean
- $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
If lift it is required the cost will be applied. Also if walls are above 7 feet high rate will be different.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $50.00 to $120.00 per pane (outside only)
Depending on the amount of windows to clean. Also will depend how high it is located.
