Have a understanding of what condition your existing floor is in. When comparing quotes always make sure it’s apples to apples in comparison to each contractor.

We only used environmentally friendly products. We only use solvent based materials if it’s the last option. I don’t like being exposed to harsh chemicals, and I don’t want my customers to be exposed either.

I’ve been in the coatings segment for over 15 years. I’ve worked for manufacturing and installation. I’ve been trained by the best and transfer that training and experience to my customers. We will not finish a project until the owner is satisfied. Also, I’m the installer on every project.

Yes, for most projects we offer at least a one year warranty. Every project is different so the guarantee or warranty can differ.

Dye stained 4K sq ft commercial floor. Owner decided they did not like the color and wanted it changed. I told them we could change the color without starting the grinding process again. We just went over with a different color and the customer was satisfied. I didn’t charge them for having to stain again. The total project was over $12k. Typically we charge $3 for 2 step grind with color and sealer.
