How We Charge For Our Services

Recovery & Restoration - Fire or Smoke Damage
- $5,000.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee (1,500 sf house; minor fire)
- $25,000.00 to $75,000.00 fixed fee (1,500 sf house; major fire)
We use the industry standard Xactimate estimated software, that sets the line item service charges by the Zip Code the job is located in. We use this as a base, then we work with the Insurance Adjuster to come to a mutually agreed to price for all services provided.

Recovery & Restoration - Storm or Wind Damage
- $5,000.00 to $25,000.00 fixed fee (1500 sf house; major storm damage)
- $1,000.00 to $5,000.00 fixed fee (1500 sf house; minor storm damage)
We use the industry standard Xactimate estimated software, that sets the line item service charges by the Zip Code the job is located in. We use this as a base, then we work with the Insurance Adjuster to come to a mutually agreed to price for all services provided.

Recovery & Restoration - Water Removal
- $25.00 per man hour
- $1.00 to $1.75 per square foot (clean or gray water)
