How We Charge For Our Services
Architects - Commercial
- $55.00 to $95.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.75 to $4.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 6.00 to 8.00 percent of construction cost
if the plan by the owner are fairly 'concrete' or the plans are quite simple or straightforward .. we offer the % of construction as a design fee HOWEVER if the customer prefers the $/ sf we can provide that..

Architects - Residential
- $45.00 to $80.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $2.75 to $3.60 per square foot (design cost only)
- 4.00 to 8.00 percent of construction cost
depends on the complexity/sophistication of the dwelling. the finishes. more than one floor ~ fees are higher
