What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Always put contracts in writing !!I cannot stress that enough. Ask for pictures of problems they find if they say it's an extra "because some times their just trying to make an extra buck . Never feel as though you're asking to many questions ask as many as you can remember it's YOUR HOME!!! You are the real boss ask about warranties & if they offer them get in writing always look over work meaning watch for paint spills, If home is powerwasher look for burns in the wood . If they are working on or in rough terrain off ladders doesn't hurt to ask for their O.S.H.A safety card especially if they are deleading!!! .get insurance info !! A&M does all aspects of painting interior/exterior roof cleanings ,power washing is popular because we offer free gutter services with every powerwash ,chimney rebuilds,staining,tree trimming with free haul away service ,walkway re-setting kitchen remodeling at a very cheap price that will subside those other companies that charge 8000.00$ we would do THE SAME job tech as the other .I was trained by some of the most known companies in the state !! I am a l.i.c & ins O.S.H.A licensed company certified Sherwin Williams pro &spray safe certified with 18+years experience .

How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $17.00 to $30.00 per hour
First for materials ( & I always give my customers my contractors discount meaning you pay what I pay for material!!) and a finish after a complete walk threw of your property with no exceptions if your not happy we will be their till you are!!! Also in writing . Power washing is figured by home size levels of floors ,if there is a garage walkway ,driveway ,dormers etc prices are very reasonable all prices beat at a reasonable rate we are pro's with years of experience so there are NO disappointments 100% gaurenteed by contract. commercial work can be by square foot or hourly figures depending on job size
