How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $575.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $625.00 to $825.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Our fees area based on the size of the home and the year built. Once a home reaches certain sizes, systems increase (HVAC, Appliances, Fire places, etc.)

Pool - Inspection
- $245.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Our pool inspection is comprehensive and detailed. Photos of deficiencies are included with the report. Reports are delivered within 48 hours of the inspection.
