How We Charge For Our Services

Ceramic Tile - Install
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $5.00 to $7.50 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $2.50 to $4.00 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $4.00 to $10.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $2.50 to $8.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
The larger the job the more open the area the lower the initial price will be in all aspects many variables are involved in the final estimate

Ceramic Tile - Repair
- $75.00 to $87.50 per hour (plus materials)
Doing repairs has many variables also the possibility of many unforeseen issues that sometimes need to be addressed by a licensed plumber Etc time will be calculated on a sliding scale after two and a half hours 175 will cover the first two hours and 75 an hour thereafter

- $4.00 to $12.00 per square foot (labor only, stone provided by customer)
- $13.00 to $18.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade stone)
- $7.00 to $12.00 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $4.00 to $10.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $1.50 to $7.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
All jobs are different they have to be figured according to the amount of square feet minimum the variables involved the different elevations of the flooring existing job needs to be looked at for an accurate estimate

- $175.00 to $325.00 per visit / by session
175 for a general repair one and a half hours maximum 325 for major to minor repairs 1/2 day involved 75 an hour thereafter
