- $50.00 to $125.00 fixed fee per visit
Prices listed for basic / standard janitorial cleaning based on per office (or major area) square footage and frequency.

Janitorial Services
- $8.00 to $16.00 per hour (per person)
Pricing is determined after initial walk-thru for specific cleaning needs and frequency to be listed in the contract.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $20.00 to $35.00 per hour (per person)
Depends on final walk thru and specific cleaning tasks requested by client.

Post Construction Clean-up
- $9.00 to $15.00 per hour
Pricing is determined and finalized after the final walk- thru before work commences each specific project.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $10.00 to $20.00 per pane (inside and outside)
- $8.00 to $13.00 per pane (outside only)
