I would highly recommend 1st Response Home Inspections. Our inspector was on time and very thorough! We are purchasing our first home and were unsure if we needed an inspection since it is new construction but I'm so glad we did. We were so lucky to find 1st Response Home Inspections! Lavonnia was extremely thorough and took all the time we needed to go over each and every part of the house with us. She explained everything in terms we could understand and her report was received super quickly and was full of many pictures she had taken so we would have a visual of problem items.
One of the reasons we chose 1st Response was due to the thermal imaging she offered at no extra cost! She could see if there were any active or old water problems and we found that to be worth its weight in gold! Her price was extremely reasonable, especially for all the time she took! Home inspection not checked , but where and who?
I asked around the community everyone said "Lavonnia, and 1st response!"
I looked into it called her and gave her a date.
She was very easy to talk to, nice in person very professional and KNEW everything about all the areas in the home ,her attire was suitable and professional, her work ethics were honest. Her inspection was thoroughly done and she was at an unbeatable prices :-) also she is one funny inspection lady, will recommend her and have always done so then. I feel comfortable and satisfied with her service and give her a 5 star for her work and business!
