How We Charge For Our Services

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $2,000.00 to $2,400.00 fixed fee per year
- $40.00 to $55.00 per hour
the services provides per year include 4 inspections every month (one a week)
include but not limited to :electrical ,drain works , furnance central,damage in doors windows ,loocks, and valvs of potable water besidesd damage on any surface. and report to the owner with in an hour or less with pictures and or video
