Even though my project was smaller, she spent a large amount of time working with me. JR has vision which opens you up for exciting new ideas. At the same time she is very good at keeping things catered to your personal style. The contractors JR hired were extremely knowledgeable and very considerate of my home. The end result was more than I could have asked for. My little average home went from simple to outstanding. My living room and new fireplace is gorgeous. Anyone who chooses not to use Luxe Interior for their next design project is missing out. JR is kind, hardworking and extremely talented. I will continue to use JR for all of my future home projects. She's very responsive and has a passion for design. JR's creative side is well developed which allows her to see beyond what's there in order for her to create the final masterpiece! Designer - Interior Lighting Plan - $65.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials) I consult for a flat rate of $65-$125/hour and the philosophy is for smaller projects that include layout drawings I charge the higher rate and for ongoing jobs with a considerable amount of hours spanning over months of tasks and additional work including contracting for the install of selected products, I charge the lowest hourly rate. Custom rate packages can be created for homeowners looking to work together for a span of several years to complete a long list of upgrades.

Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting - $65.00 to $125.00 per hour for original plans CAD work bills at $125/hour for initial plans and revisions to existing plans bill at $65/hour

Designers - Kitchens - $65.00 to $125.00 per hour - 10.00 to 20.00 percent of construction I bill hourly to create kitchen layout plans and select finishes, paint, flooring, tops, cabinets, splashes, lighting, fixtures. If I am also contracting the project, I choose a percentage rather than an hourly rate to save on costs and fee's.

Holiday Decorating Service - $65.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus cost of decorations) I can work with the homeowner to select holiday decor at a lower rate of $65/hr or select, purchase and install for the homeowner at a higher rate of $125/hr

Interior Decorators - Residential - $65.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials) I consult at a rate of $65/hour for smaller projects and larger projects spanning an extended amount of time.

Interior Designers - Residential - $65.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials) I charge a flat rate of $65/hour to consult with residential homeowners on their interior design.
