Basic special was for complete interior duct clearning in typical Northern Virgina 2 story colonial with finished basement. This included vertical risers and returns, branch lines, and registers; plus, clearning the interior of my furnace. Great job for a great price, A 2 man crew did the basic cleaning in less than 2 hours in a professional manner, used covers for their shoes, had all the proper equipment.
I did buy the optional post cleaning interior treatment to take care of some interior mildew, etc. It gave peace of mind and a very fresh smelling house. The option may not be necessary if you have your ducts cleaned periodically. But, as I had never had mine cleaned, I am really happy I elected the option

The difference was night and day! They did an excellent job. I learned that cleaning does not just include vacum to the vent but mold and fungi additive that can be very price ($200 additional). I think, the angie list price is very competitive but I still ended paying more than $400 for duck cleaning. I do breath and have better piece of mind tho! They are definely pros- from begining to end. Great customer service.

Used the coupon for the air duct cleaning. They didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary. They showed up on time, were very polite etc. The work went well as expected. No surprises.Would highly recommend.

Two servicemen arrived promptly, covered their shoes, and explained the process. Their work was neat and professional and they were very respectful of our home and furniture. At the end of the process, the extent of the dirty ducts was described and our furnace filter was changed. --Great job and we can tell the difference in the decreased house dust already.

How We Charge For Our Services

Air Ducts - Clean
- $150.00 to $495.00 to clean the air ducts of a typical two-story home (10 to 15 ducts)
Prices vary from single family home to a apartment.We only use equipment approved by the EPA & NADCA. Our company uses air cleaning tools to dislodge debris. Some companies use nothing more than a shop vaccum to clean your vents. That process is not effective. We video camera every job to show the customer before and after.

Air Quality Consultants
- $158.00 to $250.00 per hour
We charge per $395 Hvac system not by the number of vents. Our company only uses hepa filtrated equipment. This is the only equipment certified by the EPA for indoor air quality cleaning. Also you get a video inspection of your air ducts and we provide a before and after picture with any air duct cleaning. We want our customers to see what is in their air ducts. Mold, mildew, fungi and bacteria can grow in your air ducts causing your indoor air quality become .

- $300.00 to $3,000.00 fixed fee per visit

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $85.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
We have mold testing kits that take minutes for the results for small amounts of mold. For homes that have alot of mold, we take a sample of the mold and send it to a certified lab that will test it and mail a copy of the results.

Window A/C Unit - Install
- $100.00 to $500.00 for 5,000 btu window unit
We can install and seal off any window A/C units.
