The Effortless Workout Giving Your Body What It Needs With No Effort




Getting your body in the shape you want it to be or should be in can be achieved with no effort and done with such ease and grace that it becomes addictive and fun. When doing a workout stop and think about what your really doing? The main goal of a workout is to workout the things that we don't like in our bodies or minds. So if you are someone who does not enjoy the pain torture and misery that come with a strenuous workout, try the effortless workout, easy fun and productive.

The real goal of the effortless workout is to get out or work out all the negative emotions or thoughts that you have stored in your body throughout the day week month and your lifetime. We will be doing only the simplest and basic physical movements, only to allow your body to physically workout the emotions and stiffness that is in your body. The main goal is to think of yourself as just a pair of lungs and a brain. You are nothing but your lungs for breathing in deeply and slowly like gentle waves onto the shore and back to the ocean. Your breath is like flowing water, constant steady smooth and nurturing. Your breath is the food that your body needs to workout the stiffness and discomfort that is stored in your body. When you breath you are giving the fresh air to your brain and body that will help you get rid of all the stiffness and pain. When you focus on just your breath and your brain forgetting about your body, your body will naturally let go and relax so you can feel good. Its really a very simple way to exercise with no effort and can be done almost anyplace that you have some type of comfortable space on the floor. Any type of floor works but the more soft and comfortable the better.

Begin by laying flat on your back get comfortable, become relaxed feel effortless. When you are on the floor start by scanning your body starting at your feet and working your way up. Or starting with your head and working your way down as long as you scan the whole body that is what's important. Focus again on only the breath and the brain. Your body will slowly after a sometimes short and sometimes longer for some people, relax and let go. Your breath is what is important, steady smooth and calm breath slowly in slowly out. When you start to tighten up certain parts of your body bring your focus back to your steady breath. It will keep you from holding onto the emotions that cause pain and stiffness in your body. Even if your pain and stiffness is from sitting at a desk or in the car all day the breath will help get rid of it. Just lay there on the floor and be effortless. Think only of the breath and total relaxation. Practicing this effortless workout daily for at least 5-10 minutes can do wonders for your body.
