Homemade Glass Cleaner

Making homemade glass cleaner is simple. Have you ever wondered what window cleaners use in their solution? Follow the recipe below and you'll never want to buy Windex again.

In a 20 oz (+/-) spray bottle add:
1. 1 tablespoon Dawn dish liquid.
2. 1 teaspoon CLEAR ammonia.
3. Fill the rest with water. Tap water is fine; purified water is better.

The best way to use this solution is to:
1. Spray a CLEAN micro fiber rag until it is damp.
2. Clean the glass.
3. Immediately wipe away any residual streaks with a CLEAN, lint free, rag. Glass may have to be re-cleaned if you wait too long between step 2 and step 3.

This solution also works great on granite counters and stainless steel. When it's time to clean windows you can't reach, be sure to call Squeegees Window Cleaning, Inc.
