My deck (three story condo stacked deck) was in bad need of repair. I called Summit Environmental Solutions and they showed at my condo on time, assessed the deck, told me what needed to be repaired, and how the work was going to be performed. They gave me that best price out of all the contractors. They replaced all the floorboards, the top railing, and the lower railing. They reattached all the spokes connecting the upper and lower railing. They did all the work from outside, they did not request entry into my condo not once. That meant I did not have to be there for them to repair the deck. The deck now looks great and feels great. In addition, the customer service was excellent as well. They keep me informed on the progress of the work and they stayed within their stated cost and timeframe. We awoke to the sound of critters in the attic, what we suspected were raccoon. I was terrified they would find a way into the house, so we called Summit the next morning who we used a couple years ago to remove coons from under our sunroom deck. Once again, we had excellent and prompt service, with Donna and Chris fitting us in their schedules the day after the latest snowstorm. Chris was always available by phone and came back each day to check the traps. They found the bent louver screens on the gables where the animals entered and fixed all of them around the house. They inspected the attic for damage, droppings, or coon babies, and found none. Last week I started hearing noises in my attic again. Last year I tried to do my own repairs which obviously failed. So at my wife's request to get a professional service company to come out, I caved and agreed. I'm happy and relieved I did! Summit came out inspected my roof, attic and cutter line. They evicted these unwanted tenants and just in time because they had not done a lot of damage. I was relieved because my budget is tight. They showed me pictures in my attic and roof showed me how they were getting in. The gave me game plan on treatment and provide before and after pictures after everything was done. Two weeks before Xmas, guests are coming, something's in the attic. Who ya gonna call? Well, I called Summit Environmental Solutions. They (Chris) worked me into their schedule, assessed the problem (squirrels), & proposed a solution. They started immediately and conducted the work in a professional manner. Summit caught a pesky groundhog that was terrorizing my vegetable garden! They were conscientious of the cats that like to cut through the backyard, and placed the traps in a strategic location to capture the groundhog and solve my critter problem in a short amount of time. This company did a fantastic job on my home! They come inspect for free and the estimates were good in comparison to others. I was mostly impressed with Carlos, the worker who came to fill my attic insulation. He patched wholes and fixed my door where squirrels were getting in at no extra cost. He also found birds living in my vents and took care of that at a reasonable rate. The attic install went smooth and they vacuumed and cleaned before they left so you could not even tell they had been there. Great personalities and work overall, you can tell these people like their job and care about their work. Will definitely hire for future projects. - NayNay, 8/12/14
