How We Charge For Our Services

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $30.00 to $40.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
We typically bill per job after a free estimate based on approximately how much time, speed of service needed to complete and how many workers needed

Landscape Architects - Commercial
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus material cost)
- $3,500.00 to $5,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Free initial estimate, then per hour with percentage of total cost, discounted if we also install the landscaping

Landscape Architects - Residential
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $1,000.00 to $3,500.00 flat rate for basic planting plan
- 15.00 to 30.00 percent of landscaping cost
Free initial estimate, then per hour with percentage of total cost, discounted if we also install the landscaping

Landscape Designers - Commercial
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 fixed fee
- 20.00 to 30.00 percent of landscaping cost

- $75.00 to $100.00 per visit (1 acre)

Depending how compacted the soil is, whether it will have to be done twice( each direction), the size of the property, obstacles, etc

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $50.00 to $60.00 per application (1 acre)
- $35.00 to $45.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $40.00 to $50.00 per application (1/2 acre)
We appreciate pre payment for 4 treatments per year for which we discount your total and are able to time the treatments to keep most or all weeds from the lawn

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $50.00 to $70.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $30.00 to $50.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $40.00 to $60.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
We hope that customers wish to keep their lawn healthy and adjust accordingly with a regular mowing plan. Otherwise per mow is listed accordingly

- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour

- $50.00 per hour
- $35.00 to $55.00 per visit for a typical driveway and sidewalk

- $80.00 to $110.00 per hour (residential)
- $100.00 to $120.00 per hour (commercial parking lots)
- $100.00 to $120.00 per hour (roadway plowing)
- $35.00 to $55.00 per visit for a typical driveway and sidewalk
