How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $500.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
We charge based upon the complexity of the appraisal, special requirements, etc. Fees can range up to $5,000 for especially complex assignments. Relocation Appraisals are considerably more and are quoted on a case by case basis.

Real Estate Consultants
- $250.00 to $350.00 per hour
Hourly rates are billed at a minimum of two hours. The higher end of the range is for litigation consulting. The per hour minimum does not include the appraisers travel time, which is billed for one way to the site (Court, Lawyers offices, etc.)
