Solar Attic Fan

Installing a solar attic fan will provide you with real energy savings. Solar attic fans remove heat buildup that directly impacts your homes energy costs. Exhausting heat buildup in the attic space reduces the load on your HVAC system which extends the life of both your A/C system and roof. Plus, preventing mold and humidity in the attic space by removing moisture buildup when circulating the air. TLS Energy Savers recommend solar fans because they are reliable and they cost less over time compared to wired attic fans. The cheap, wired attic fans usually burn out after about 3-5 years and will need to be replaced. For the rest of the time you don't even know it's not working because you probably don't spend much time in your attics. By comparison, a good solar attic fan will last 20-25 years and has a lifetime warranty. Plus, if you include the 30% tax credit, you can see a return on your investment in 3-5 years.
