Hayes Heating is a family owned and operated HVAC business servicing King and Pierce counties for over 34 years. We clean Air Ducts, Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, Boilers, and Tank and Tankless Water Heaters inexpensively. We repair and replace all of the same. We are a woman owned business for the past 5 years. We have serviced over 65,000 homes and we have a customer base of over 20,000 clients. Most all of our service techs are ex-military as we grew up in military families. We feel we are uniquely qualified to be of good service. We all like what we do and we try to respect you and your home. We have no commissioned salesmen. We are all service techs. We can give you the best advice, not the highest price. CHAN TANKLESS GAS WATER HEATER
Mr. Chan had a leaking tank type water heater and really needed a new hot water heater. The family had no hot water and we suggested a tankless water heater be placed in a water proof location. We mounted a Rinnai tankless water heater in the garage wall to save room. We got the job done right away (no waiting). Everyone was happy to have hot water back in less than 6 hours time!

FELLOWSHIP BIBLE CHURCH
When the heating system failed at the Church, the pastor called Hayes Heating for an estimate. We got a new heater installed and got the Church back in operation in the winter without a cold Sunday.

GLASSMAN PRESCHOOL
Hayes Heating was called in to heat an old building being remodeled for an expanding preschool program run by the Church. We installed a heating system to keep the preschoolers nice and warm.
