How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $375.00 to $395.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $525.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $525.00 to $650.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $395.00 to $425.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We price our inspections according to the age and square footage of the home. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Payment is collected at the time of the inspection.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $125.00 to $200.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $600.00 to $800.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Most attic/basement mold assessments/inspections fall in the $300 range. We do not always need to sample or test. There is no need for you to spend the extra money unnecessarily. Payment is collected at the time of the inspection.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
We employ electronic radon monitors for the fastest turnaround time. Radon tests require a minimum of 48 hours testing time. We are able to provide immediate, on site results. Payment is collected when we set up the equipment.
