Attorneys - Business & Corporate - $180.00 to $240.00 per hour We believe in delivering services in a professional manner that are based upon results and client satisfaction. We only require a small retainer from $200.00 to $350.00 instead of the usual $5,000.00 that other firms require. We invoice for services as we move through the resolution/development process which is based upon client satisfaction and proven results...and we provide detailed itemized invoices so that the client knows exactly what we are doing on their behalf...win-win!

Attorneys - Intellectual Property - $200.00 to $270.00 per hour - $495.00 to $3,995.00 fixed fee The billing for the development and protection of intellectual property covers a wide range of services...all the way from a simple copyright to patent product development. We believe with the development of any intellectual property for business purposes must be completed in a cost effective manner...and we let our client determine the costs and breadth of services that we offer along with the time and effort they may be able to contribute to the project.

Attorneys - Mergers & Acquisitions - $200.00 to $270.00 per hour In working with Mergers & Acquisitions, we take an experienced approach to our billing philosophy. We understand that a business is being "transferred" and we need to complete this process in a cost effective and reasonable manner. We offer both "by the hour" services and "by percentage" of the sale services...so that the client can determine the best way to proceed.

Attorneys - Real Estate - Commercial - $200.00 to $270.00 per hour The development of real estate projects covers a wide range of services...all the way from a commercial lease review to the development of a multi-unit commercial or residential property. We understand that this level of real estate is "business" and we need to keep our costs to a minimum and move the project forward in a timely manner

Legal Services - $150.00 to $270.00 per hour The Jackson Law Firm prides itself in that the head attorney has over 37 years of business ownership experience and over 27 years of business consulting experience along with over 17 years as a business development attorney. Sometimes a client only needs "business experience" advise which is billed at one hourly rate...sometimes the client needs "business consulting" advise billed at another hourly rate...and sometimes the client needs legal advise...invoiced at a separate hourly rate...we invoice the most cost effective hourly rate for our clients.
