Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $50.00 to $125.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
I generally base my billing off of the landscape. Hills, trees and tall grass I charge a little more because of the extra time it takes and the wear on my equipment from tall grass. For home repairs I charge based off of a website that calculates the materials and time for the job and also figures in the geographic location of the job.

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $250.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee per year
- $15.00 to $75.00 per hour
I base all my home repairs from a website that calculates the time and cost of materials in and the geographic location.

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $20.00 to $60.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
I base this from a website that I figure the dimensions or square feet and it lets me know what the low and high cost for the job is in the area. I generally stay on the low end depending on the size of the job and distance.
