When looking for a tree service company, make sure they are insured and have the insurance agent email the insurance certificate, not get one handed to you by the estimator. Make sure you are comfortable with the person who is talking to you about removing or pruning your tree's. Our estimator, Paul, is extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He will see things on your property that you might have missed. We give all estimates in writing with your name and address on our paperwork and if you happen to catch us while we are at your neighbors house, we will give you a verbal estimate, then email or mail a written estimate to you the next day. RJSTree Service prides themselves on our work ethics and how nice we leave your property when we are finished. Make sure the company you hire has the right equipment to do your job. We have 2 cranes, bucket truck, chippers, chip trucks and a log truck to service 99.9% of all of our jobs.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

RJS Tree Service tries to repurpose as much of the wood debris from the tree as possible for our own company. Soon, we will be repurposing all of it, but for now, we repurpose most hard wood tree logs into firewood. All pine wood, is typically chipped up. The chips get dumped at an outside facility that uses them to make mulch.
