A:	Don't be taken advantage by a fly-by night seal coat company, that uses an inferior product for a super low price! We are a local company involved in the community and here to stay! We use a commercial grade sealer and rubber to give you the best results to extend the life of your asphalt surface.

Q:	What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A:	We use a coal tar and asphalt emulsion pitch fortified with liquid latex rubber and diamond shield will treat and protect any asphalt surface

How We Charge For Our Services

Asphalt Paving - Seal or Reseal
- $0.19 to $0.28 per square foot - residential (driveways)
- $0.14 to $0.25 per square foot - commercial (parking lots)
We base price depending on condition of asphalt surface.

Parking Lot - Striping, Painting, Marking
- $0.45 to $0.60 per linear foot (4-inch white stripe)
- $15.00 per arrow
- $200.00 minimum mobilization fee
- $15.00 per handicap accessible parking spot
We used only yellow oil base paint. It last longer then water base paint in our area because of the four seasons.
