Don't hire the big out-of-town companies that never give good service.
Don't hire the smallest companies that have little insurance or bonding and cannot give good service.
Don't hire an illegal cleaning contractor, paying their employees "under the table."
We are small enough to give great personal service and large enough to give professional service.
We are local. We and work in the same cities we service.

We did all the construction cleanup for the five story LA County Court house in Lancaster. The quote was more than 130,000 total. We completed this on time and under budget.

We belong to ISSA and use their resources to train and learn 21st Century cleaning technology. Also the BSCAI (The Building Services Contractors Association International) training materials and management training has been used for 20 years.

We have been cleaning businesses in the AV and SCV since 1997. Michelle incorporated in 2009 and we have gone over the one million dollar gross for the last 5 years. We have provided janitorial services for 3 shifts - 7 days a week to the Rite Aid Southwest Service Center since they opened 15 years ago.

What forms of payment do you accept? (cash, check, credit cards, etc.)

We accept EFT, Cash or Check. None of our clients want to use credit cards, since we do no cleaning for the general public - only businesses in need of a janitor.
