Questions & Answers
Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: You should not only look at price, but really thoroughly examine their portfolio to make sure they have a high level of skill and consistent quality.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: I find I do more commercial projects recently, such as hospitals, restaurants etc., but I enjoy doing both residential and commercial projects.

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: I use non toxic water-based acrylic paint versus oil paint especially on interior projects.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: I feel that my experience has given me a reputation for a very high-quality and yet my prices have remained extremely reasonable.

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: I’m known for being able to paint extremely custom projects for clients. An example is incorporating a Portrait of a child’s horse into a bedroom accent wall mural, or incorporating a house portrait in a dining room landscape. I tend to use clients vacation photos to create very meaningful images that bring back wonderful memories. These are the types of murals you simply cannot buy as wallpaper.

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: My clients comment often on how much they love the quality of the work they get for the price. I pay close attention to using high-quality paints and UV protectant clear coats for even interior projects so that they last a very long time and are much more durable than wallpaper long-term. I am also known for being very fast which is especially helpful for commercial projects that need to be done quickly and efficiently on a tight deadline.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: I guarantee the customer is satisfied with the work before I leave any project. I get final approval before I consider any project done. And because I use very high-quality paints I stand by the product manufacturer warranties on all the products that I use.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: I often have customers ask me “can you really get done this project this fast?”My answer is always that I have never in 16 years ever left a project half done and have always finished on time every project that I am hired to do.

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: Yes

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: I recently completed a 50 foot long by 10 foot high mural that was to be done on signboard to be installed over the winter. I did not have a space that large enough, so I found someone willing to donate a space as this project was for a nonprofit. The building owner received a tax donation letter for the worth of the rent. It was for community center and they wanted the children involved in the painting of the Mural. I planned a paint day paint workshop that was well attended and everyone enjoyed immensely. I finished the project on time within budget (7000 it was discounted as it was a nonprofit ) and it was installed and Received wonderful feedback from the community and the press.
