Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $0.20 to $0.30 per square foot
cost of commercial inspections can vary due to many conditions, such as type of space/rooms, systems and components

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $600.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $450.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
no price is absolute, each individual house may have different requirements which can raise or lower cost of the inspection

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $95.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $400.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
our services will have a complete inspection of property to determine conditions and location of issues (red flags) this will determine where recommended sampling should be performed

Pool - Inspection
- $100.00 to $150.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
all pool inspections will include evaluation of pool areas, pool condition, equipment condition and basic safety requirements

Roof - Inspection
- $100.00 to $150.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
evaluation of roofing materials, condition and remaining functional life in written report with pictures

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $0.15 to $0.20 per square foot
on either residential or commercial buildings, we will evaluation the structural components, condition and any defects in written report with pictures
