Questions & Answers
Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: My advice to clients who are looking to hire any kind of contractor is to visit the Contractor's State License Board website at http://www.cslb.ca.gov and check that they are licensed and that the kind of license they have corresponds to the work that they are promising to complete for you. It is also important that they shop for multiple contractors to get a feel of a fair price and to compare and contrast contractor's estimate proposals.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: The most common type of projects that our company provides is swimming pool removal projects also known as swimming pool demolition or swimming pool abandonment. There are two types of swimming pool removals; (1) Partial and (2) Full/Complete. The former generally consists of drilling holes in the bottom of pool to allow rainwater to disperse and then we backfill with clean soil. Depending on the homeowner's preference and/or the city's requirements, we may also break the coping down in a partial removal. The latter consists of removing the entire swimming pool as if it was never there in the first place. A partial removal is the most common among our clients because it is more cost-effective. However, if you are planning on building an extension to your home later in the future, clients have to have the pool completely removed because of safety reasons and because the building department in your city doesn't allow it.

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: The most obvious way that we are environmentally friendly is that we remove swimming pools and that in itself is environmentally friendly. There is a severe drought in California and removing swimming pool is a huge way of conserving water. In addition to this, we also recycle all of the project debris that we haul away from swimming pool removal project. We recycle debris in Zanker Recycling located in San Jose, CA. We also email all of our estimate proposals to our clients and sign all of our emails with the following statement to encourage our clients to save paper: "Please consider the environment before printing this email."

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: Providing high quality service in swimming pool removal projects

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: We perform our work as if it it was our first, meaning that we go above and beyond to have each and every homeowner satisfied. We make sure that we let the homeowners know what is going on with their projects in every milestone of their pool removal project.
